The Elementary Ministry Director, under the leadership of the Next Gen Pastor, will shepherd a team of volunteers and parents for children between 1st and 5th grade and lead a weekly Elementary Gathering on Sunday’s at New Life. The Elementary Director must be committed to the vision and values of NLF, the pastoral staff “rule of life,” and be capable of implementing a whole family approach using the “Orange” strategy in ministry and programming.
New Life Fellowship Church is looking for a Student Ministry Pastor to lead our Middle and High School Ministries. Our ideal candidate has a deep, abiding love for Jesus and a passion to see the lives of students transformed as they enter into relationship with Christ. They also must be someone who can identify, equip and release leaders to work alongside them in reaching students and their families using the Orange Ministry Strategy. The Student Ministry Pastor will work alongside the NextGen Team to coordinate family and parenting initiatives and develop partnerships with local schools.
The Program & Operations Manager will build systems and processes that support strong, integrated, data-driven programs that increase flourishing in our community. This is a new full-time role that will work closely with New Life CDC volunteers, staff and program participants to deepen community connections, to expand our network of participants and partners, and to strengthen our programs, allowing us to better advance our mission.

We’re looking for someone to provide excellent support services for events. In a nutshell, the event support associate will set up, tear down, and clean up after events which are organized by New Life staff and volunteers. Setup and teardown may include items like tables, chairs, coffee & water dispensers, and A/V equipment like projectors.
The Porter / Mechanic Assistant is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the New Life building as experienced by members, visitors and staff. This person also assists the building handyman as needed and can perform certain of his duties in his absence.
The Pastor of Small Groups & Communities plays a key role in the health and formation of our New Life community by focusing on the support of our small groups and mid-sized communities. This role identifies, equips, releases and cares for small group and mid-sized community leaders. The role works closely with the Connections and Equipping Pastor to support Pathway events with the intention of identifying small group and community leaders.
