New Life Fellowship is looking for a Full-Time Elementary Ministry Director who loves Jesus, loves kids, and wants to invest deeply in the faith of the next generation.
We’re looking for a relational and creative leader who will know and care for our elementary-aged children, build meaningful connections with them, and create environments where they can belong, encounter Jesus, and grow in their faith.
The Elementary Director will lead ministry for children in 1st–5th grade, developing engaging Sunday gatherings, teaching and communicating Scripture, equipping volunteer leaders, and partnering with parents in the spiritual formation of their children. This person will also bring creativity to our ministry spaces, helping shape everything from the way a room feels to stage design, décor, and the overall experience children encounter each week.
New Life Fellowship is looking for a Full-Time Early Childhood Ministry Director who loves Jesus, loves young children, and wants to help shape their earliest experiences of faith and Christian community.
We’re looking for a warm, relational, and creative leader who will know and care for our youngest children, build trusted relationships with families, and create environments where children feel safe, loved, and experience the love of Jesus.
The Early Childhood Director will lead ministry for children from nursery through kindergarten, developing engaging Sunday environments, equipping and caring for volunteer leaders, and partnering with parents as they nurture faith at home. This person will bring creativity and intentionality to every aspect of the experience; from curriculum and activities to classroom design, décor, and the welcoming environment children and families encounter each week.
