This Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. We journey with Jesus from the joy-filled procession of Palm Sunday, through the sorrow of the Cross, and ultimately to the victory of the resurrection.
As we reflect on Jesus’ arrival in Jerusalem—riding on a humble donkey while the crowds wave palm branches—we discover a powerful truth: the King has come, but not in the way people expected. These familiar symbols invite us to consider how our own expectations of Jesus compare with who He truly is, and what it means to follow Him in our everyday lives.
