Churchwide Lenten Bible Study

New Life will be holding a church-wide study on Pastor Rich’s 2nd book Good and Beautiful and Kind during Lent this year. Our small group time will look a little different than it has in the past. We are hosting one-hour in-person small group discussions after both services every other week of the series (3/19, and 4/2).

Congregational Day Alone With God

Are you seeking to be refreshed and draw closer to God? Wondering how you can slow down enough to spend an extended time in God’s presence? Join us on a Congregational Day Alone with God, facilitated by Pastor Sherin Swift, where we will engage in various spiritual disciplines in a day long retreat at The Met Cloisters where we will experience a taste of the monastic life in the midst of New York City. This will be a special way to enter into Holy Week.
Good Friday

Together, we will reflect and pray as we remember Christ’s suffering and crucifixion. We will be gathering in person at 4pm and 6pm. Our 6pm service will be live-streamed.
Easter Sunday

At Easter, we celebrate the Jesus that defied death to give us hope and life in abundance! Invite your family and friends to join us in person or online. Our 11 am service will be available via live stream on our Facebook and YouTube pages, and at elmhurst.newlife.nyc/live.
Premarital Seminar 2023

If you are seriously dating, engaged, or newly married (1-3 years), we would love to have you join us! Our Premarital Seminar will be a full day of dynamic learning and practical processing, devoted to helping you prepare well for your marriage, whether you are getting ready to be married or newly married. Our guest teacher, Dr. Andrew Mercurio, a licensed marriage and family therapist and ordained minister, will provide helpful biblical frameworks for how to view and understand marriage, sex, and conflict. The cost to register is $99 per couple at New Life.
